C’è l’Appennino, e una location immersa nel verde di Pavullo nel Frignano (Modena), nel cuore del distretto ceramico, alle origini di EnergieKer.

Un percorso che ha inizio nel 1986, quando una storica azienda familiare ha deciso di promuovere e dare identità a tutti i suoi prodotti ceramici attraverso

l’introduzione di un brand che oggi è riconosciuto a livello internazionale.Ad oggi EnergieKer vanta una produzione di 12,5 milioni di metri quadri divisi

in pavimenti e rivestimenti per interni, per esterni e grandi lastre.

Running through Italy there is the Apennines mountain range the origins of EnergieKer; immersed in the green valley that is Pavullo nel

Frignano (Modena), close to the heart of the ceramic district, the origins of EnergieKer. It is a story that began in 1986, when a significant family

company decided to give identity to and promote all its ceramic products through the introduction of a brand that is now internationally recognised.

Today, EnergieKer boasts a production of 12.5 million square metres of interior and exterior walls and floors.

Il y a les Apennins et un lieu situé dans le vert de Pavullo nel Frignano (Modena), au mi-lieu du quartier de la céramique aux origines d’Energieker.

Un chemin qui a commencé en 1986, quand une entreprise familiale historique a décidé de promouvoir et de donner une identité à tous ses produits céramiques à travers l’intro-duction d’une marque aujourd’hui

reconnue au niveau international. Aujourd’hui, EnergieKer bénéficie d’une production de 12,5 millions de mètres carrés ré-partis en revêtement de sols et murs pour les intérieurs, pour les extérieurs et les grandes dalles.

Ursprung von EnergieKer. Ein Weg, der 1986 begann, als ein historisches Familienunternehmen beschloss, seine Keramik weiterzuentwicklen und

eine eigene Identität zu geben. Damit begann die Entwicklung einer Marke,die heute international anerkannt ist und heute verfügt EnergieKer über

eine Produktion von 12,5 Millionen Quadratmetern ver-schiedenster Wand- und Bodenplatten, sowie Großformatplatten die für den Innen-bereich wie

für den Außenbereich geeignet sind.

La spinta al continuo miglioramento, nonché la naturale propensione all’innovazione, sono da sempre al centro degli investimenti sostenuti da EnergieKer.

Importante il recente ampliamento con Continua + by Sacmi, di una nuova linea produttiva di ultimissima generazione, predisposta su 22 mila metri quadrati di nuovi capannoni e che comprende 3 linee di squadratura e taglio a secco e una nuova linea di lappatura per lastre EKXTREME anche di grandissime dimensioni.

The aim for continuous improvement, as well as the natural desire for innovation, has always been at the center of investments supported by EnergieKer.

The recent expansion with Continua+ by Sacmi, of a new line is the latest importantachievement, set up on 22,000 square metres of new warehouses

which include 3 very large squaring and dry cutting lines and one new polishing line for Ekxtreme slabs.

La volonté d’amélioration constante ainsi que la propension naturelle vers l’innovation ont toujours été au cœur des investissements d’EnergieKer.L’installation de la nouvelle ligne de fabrication Continua Plus de Sacmi

de dernière technologie constitue un très important agrandissement qui aété développé sur une surface de 22’000 m² comprenant aussi 3 lignes de coupe

à sec et une nouvelle ligne de rodage pour les dalles EKXTREMEmeme en très grande taille.

insgesamt 22000 Quadratmetern, sowie neue Lagerhallen mit 3 Quadrier- und Trockenschneidelinien und eine Lappiermaschine auch fuer sehr grosse Platten.

Tre sono gli spessori realizzati da EnergieKer, 6, 9 e 12 mm:9 mm per i formati tradizionali fino al 120x120 e 6 e 12 mm per le lastre

di grande formato. Una gamma completa capace di armonizzare perfettamente la duttilità del gres porcellanato con le esigenze

dell’ambiente con il quale si entra in contatto.Il tutto nelle varianti cromatiche in linea con le ultime

tendenze di design internazionale.

There are three thicknesses made by EnergieKer: 6mm, 9mm, and 12mm. 9mm for traditional formats up to 120x120 and 6 and 12mm for larger slabs. A complete range capable of harmonising

perfectly the versatility of porcelain stoneware with the aspects of the environment that surround it. Lots of colour variations are available,

in accordance with the latest international design trends.

EnergieKer propose trois épaisseurs de 6, 9 et 12 mm: 9 mm pour les formats traditionnels jusqu’à 120x120, et 6 et 12 mm pour les

dalles en grand format. Une gamme complète capable d’harmoniser parfaitement la capacité d’adaptation du grès cérame aux besoins de l’environnement avec lequel vous entrez en contact. L’ensemble dans les options de couleur en ligne avec les dernières tendances

internationales du design.

Großformatplatten bis 160x320cm. Insgesamt ein komplettes Sortiment, das die Perfektion von Feinsteinzeug mit den Bedürfnissen

Grazie al conseguimento di un completo controllo del ciclo produttivo,EnergieKer garantisce affidabilità e sicurezza in termini di qualità

del prodotto. Tali caratteristiche trovano massima espressione nel progetto TH2.0 che raggruppa piastrelle totalmente rettificate

con spessore 2 cm dedicate agli spazi esterni:prestazioni tecniche elevate per prodotti sicuri e resistenti.

Thanks to the achievement of complete control of the production cycle, EnergieKer guarantees reliability and safety in terms of quality of the

product. These characteristics are expressed in the TH2.0 project that is dedicated to outdoor spaces using the 2cm thickness: high technical

performance for safe and resistant products.

L’attenzione all’eco-sostenibilità è certamente una priorità di EnergieKer, che realizza prodotti di grandissima qualità a bassissimo impatto ambientale. Dai tempi di accensione e spegnimento delle macchine, alle temperature

raggiunte, fino all’analisi predittiva e alla riduzione degli sprechi di materia prima: in ogni linea di produzione, tutto tende all’osservanza dei migliori standard della

green economy. L’efficacia di un impianto fotovoltaico di ultima generazione è stata poi integrata dalla recente realizzazione di un sistema di cogenerazione

per la produzione combinata e simultanea di energia elettrica, per garantirne la massima produzione autonoma.

Starting from the times of turning the machines on and off, to the temperatures reached and reduction of raw material waste; in every product line, everything

considers the best green economy standards.The effectiveness of the latest generation of solar power panels was integrated by the recent implementation of a cogeneration system for the combined production

of electricity, to guarantee the maximum of self-sustainability.
