Press Concept SA by defendants Hassan Awdi Menol Awdi, Hussein Awdi, Badeanu Iordan

etc., we acknowledge you that during the period 2010-2012, the institutional cooperation

between the mentioned company and the criminal pursuance bodies was ensured on the

optimum parameters by the special administrator, Mr. Uifalean Vasile, although the celerity

of criminal pursuance was impaired by the procedures that the Romanian party had to fulfill

in the arbitral file (illegible). The special administrator notified the criminal pursuance

bodies on the commitment of infringements and granted the necessary conditions for the

issuance of information inquiries on the servers in the building of Casa Presei Libere nr. 1, et.

The ensuring measures decided by the criminal pursuance body, the reestablishment measures

of the previous circumstance to the commitment of infringements, as well as the activities

developed by the special administrator had as finish the procurement of incomes by the

company, whereby it ensures the development of insolvency procedure and the payment of all

the liabilities, as resulted by the reports monthly submitted by him.

At the same time, we acknowledge you that SC Network Press Concept SA has also the

quality of injured party in the file no. 130/D/P/2012, too, file whereby it is to decide the

issuance of certain financial-accounting inquiries.
