28 October 2004 . Law 442/2004 is adoptedto complete the privatization of companies inthe portfolio of the Authority for Privatizationand Management of State shares andconsolidation of privatization.Amongst other purposes, this law enablesRomania to fulfill its obligations as a result ofthe 2003 privatization contract selling RodipetSA to Magnar, with regards to debtscancellation and access to free land monopolyfor kiosks (Point 19 of the law).

28 octombrie 2004. Legea 442/2004 este adoptat"pentru a finaliza privatizarea societilor comercialedin portofoliul Autoritatii pentru Privatizare siAdministrarea Participatiilor Statului aciuni iconsolidarea privatizarii".Printre alte scopuri, aceasta lege permite Romnieis-i ndeplineasc obligaiile care i revin ca urmare acontractului de privatizare din 2003, de vnzareRodipet SA catre Magnar, n ceea ce privete anulareadatoriilor i accesul gratuit la terenurile chioscurilor(punctul 19 din lege).

Romanias EU accession.

YEAR 2006

A leading press group seeks to buy Rodipet,but Magnar rejects the offer. Subsequently,Hassan Awdi and his business are subject to a3-month reputation-bashing campaign bymedia belonging to this group.

11 May 2006 . An extensive and aggressivereport is released into leading Romanianoutlet Septemana Financiara on the Awdifamily, alleging, without providing evidence,that Hassan Awdi and family were setting updummy companies, supporting terrorism,

stealing Rodipet SA, or using US state ofDelaware as tax haven.The report describes the Awdi groupsactivities in Romania as opaque and calls foraction from Romanian authorities.

This unsubstantiated report may beconsidered as the opening of the reputationalcase and reputational bashing against HassanAwdi. It will give grounds to the opening ofinvestigations against the Awdi group and his

owners in Romania a few years later.The Romanian authorities then launched acriminal investigation for terrorism chargesagainst certain members of the Awdi family inRomania. This criminal investigation remainedhowever dormant for years.For almost four years, from June 2006 until theend of 2009, the investigation produced nomore than a handful of witness depositions.Almost no inquiries were ordered or carriedout, no documents were seized, and noresearch was made.During that period, not a single person wassubjected to any measure of any kind, whethera restriction of movement or otherwise.

Un grup de presa ncearc s cumpere Rodipet, darMagnar respinge oferta. Ulterior, Hassan Awdi iactivitii sale sunt supuse la 3 luni de campanie destricare a reputaieprin mijloacele mass-mediadetinute de acest grup.

11 mai 2006.Un raport amplu i agresiv este publicatde un lider pe piata romn, Saptamana Financiara,realizat fr a furniza dovezi , asupra familiei Awdi,afirmand c Hassan Awdi i familia au nfiinat societifictive, sprijin terorismul, fura din Rodipet SA, saufolosind SUA, statul Delaware ca refugiu de impozit.

Raportul descrie activitile grupului Awdi, n Romniaca fiind opace i solicit luarea unor msuri din parteaautoritilor romne.

Acest raport nefondat poate fi considerat cadeschiderea procesului stricarii reputaiei mpotriva luiHassan Awdi. Acesta va da motive de deschidereainvestigaiilor mpotriva grupul Awdi i proprietarii sidin Romnia civa ani mai trziu.

Autoritile romne au lansat apoi o anchet penal

pentru acte de terorism mpotriva anumitor membri

ai familiei Awdi din Romnia. Aceast anchet penala rmas totui latentade ani de zile.

Pentru aproape patru ani, din iunie 2006, pn lasfritul anului 2009, ancheta a produs nu mai mult deo mana de depoziii ale martorilor.Aproape nici o ancheta nu a fost comandata sauefectuata, niciun document nu a fost confiscat si nu s-afacut nici o cercetare.n aceast perioad, nici o singur persoan nu a fostsupus la orice msur de orice fel, nici macar orestricie de circulaie sau altceva.

31 May 2010 .An arbitration case is filed byHassan Awdi, and two of his companies,Business Consultants Inc. and Alfa El

Corporation, with the International Center forSettlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID)hosted by the World Bank. The Respondent,whom the case is filed against, is theRomanian state. Its legal counsels are Lalive,Geneva (Switzerland) and Leaua Associatii,Bucharest (Romania)The three Claimants consider to have beenillegally expropriated from Romania-basedcompany Rodipet, without receiving any faircompensation in return. According to them,

The Romanian Government unleashed averitable army of hundreds of armed andmasked police officers, some in civilianclothing belonging to DIICOT targetingClaimants, their business partners, Mr. HassanAwdis brothers, their employees and theirinvestments in Romania.Documents referring to the Rodipet

arbitration case are seized during these raids.Seventeen persons with Arab and Romaniannames only were selected from a list thatinclude also French , British, etc in anewspaper article Septamana Financiara inmay 2006 .They were summarily selected and accusedbased on witness statements of 4 ex-

employees of Rodipet that were fired forethical behavior . The police and theprosecutors fabricated files on them and puttravel restrictions on them . But in fewmonths all the Romanians became free totravel . The prosecutors and Judges tookdiscriminatory decisions and kept the

restrictions on the 5 Lebanese only including

the 2 brothers of Hassan awdi , Hussein awdi

and Mehdi awdi were kept as hostages for 30

months beyond the max of 2 years under EU

laws .This is serious discrimination between

Romanian and non Romanian under the

Romanian law. They were told on manyoccasions by policemen, prosecutors and

even the judges that they will be free when

they catch hassan awdi and when the case is

dropped in ICSID world bank .

They are being monitored daily . Their

religious, civil, human , property rights were

broken daily since the Raids . The authorities

keep threatening them with different

measures.

Those policemen and another 5 had fabricatedpenal files on hassan awdi because theircompanies ADELMAR PRESS SRL and SCROTMAR PROD SRL were put in bankruptcyby Rodipet . They must pay big debt to Rodipetwhich in turn must pay it to the editors.

For two years, they had abused the laws,tempered and destroyed the documents , liedto the Romanian public and the media . Thislast action is intended to destroy all theevidences on them and to fabricate more files.

Thereality, a junior high school person can writebetter ones. They are full of mistakes, no logicin them, contradictory, full of lies, and thewriters had serious issue and DO NOT KNOWthe difference between old lei and new leiwith a difference of 10000 to 1 . 35.5 million euros that all media had beentalking about since june 2010 was fabricated

When I analyzed them with my experts, weadded the supposed value of all abuses thatdiicott prosecutor Hosu had accused me ofdoing to be almost 650 million Euros.

We guess and we concluded that no one fromDIIcott had ever read in details and audited

those reports.Diicott prosecutor took the conclusions of thismechanical engineer and the 5 year joblessalcoholic uifelean and made decisions (ordinances or decrees like those made byNicolae Ceauescu) that confiscated :documents, assets, real estate properties, putjobless almost 3700 Romanians, destroyedawdi group companies ( all been looted ) , andtook the freedoms of 5 persons as hostages for30 months.For all this good Job , Ms prosecutor Hosu andalmost all her team were promoted .

I also would like to mention that the ex-chiefof police Dan hosu , the husband of prosecutorHosu was involved with other policemen withsecret business deals with Rodipet ( me ) anddid not pay their debt of couple of hundreds ofthousands of Euros .

Cornel Florea inginer mecanic, devenit un expertfinanciar, n urma unor seminarii. Vasile Uifelean a fostconcediat de la Rodipet pentru furt i probleme gravecu alcoolul. El a fost omer timp de aproape 5 ani, apoia devenit brusc un director general al Rodipet i unexpert financiar pentru DIICOTT i pentru instana dejudecat.

Experii Diicott de aproape 4 ani nu a auditatCONSULTA, Florea i rapoartele lui Uifelean.Ce este n neregul cu aceste rapoarte? . Realitatea, opersoan de liceu poate scrie mai bine decat ei.Acestea sunt pline de greseli, nici o logic n ele,contradictorii, pline de minciuni, iar scriitorii au avutproblem grav i nu tiu diferena dintre lei vechi ilei noi (ROL si RON), cu o diferen de 10000-1.Celebrele 35.500.000 de euro depre care toata mass-

media a vorbit din iunie 2010 au fost fabricate i dac4 zerouri au fost scoase suma este de fapt, de 3.500 deeuro.

Cnd le-am analizat cu experii mei, am adaugatvaloarea tuturor abuzurilor pe care procurorul DIICOTTHosu mi le-a administrat si am concluzionat ca sunt invaloare de 650 milioane de euro.

Am ghicit i am ajuns la concluzia c nimeni nu laDIICOTT nu a citit vreodat in detaliu i nu a auditat

aceste rapoarte.Procurorul DIICOTT a luat concluziile acestui inginermecanic i a unui somer alcoolic UIFELEAN i au luatdecizii (ordonane sau hotrri, precum cele realizatede Nicolae Ceauescu), prin care au confiscat:documente, bunuri, proprieti imobiliare, a lasat frlocuri de munc aproape 3.700 de romni, a distrus degrupul de firme Awdi (toate au fost jefuite) i au luatlibertile a 5 persoane, retinuti n calitate de ostaticitimp de 30 luni.

Pentru toate acesta munca bine facuta, doamnaprocuror Hosu i aproape toata echipa sa au fostpromovati.De asemenea, as dori s menionez c fostul ef alpoliiei Dan Hosu, soul procuroarei Hosu a fostimplicat cu ali poliiti in afaceri secrete cu Rodipet(eu) i nu a pltit datoria lor de cateva sute de mii deeuro.
