Choosing the right course
Our heat pump training courses are specific to a par cular heat pump range or type. Please select the course relevant to the heat pump you will be installing

Dimplex Accredited Installer Scheme
Following successful comple on of Dimplex Renewables course eligible installers will be invited to join the Dimplex accredited installer scheme in the heat pump they have been trained, details of the scheme can be found on page 7.
Terms and Condi ons
Booking: Each Delegate must send a fully completed booking form along with copies of their qualifica ons to [email protected] or the address below, this must be marked for the a en on of the Renewables Coordinator. Confirma on of a place along with joining instruc ons and direc ons to the centre will be emailed to the delegate. Fee: The fee includes course documenta on as well as mid‐session refreshments and lunch. Please advise if you have any special dietary requirements. Voucher: Eligible candidates will receive a voucher at the successful comple on of a Dimplex Renewables prod‐uct course This voucher is redeemable against purchase of a Dimplex Renewables product or further Dimplex Renewables training. Terms and condi ons apply Cancella on Policy : • Over 14 days prior to the course: Cancella on fee of 25%. 7‐14 days prior to the course: 50% of the fee.
Fewer than 7 days or if no no fica on is received: Registrant liable to pay FULL course fee. • NB: Cancella ons must be received in wri ng addressed to The Renewables Coordinator. • Dimplex cannot be held responsible for lost correspondence or delays in pos ng. • Subs tu ons are accepted at any me at no extra charge providing prerequisites are met • Should the a endee wish to reschedule their booking, dependant on no ce given and situa on, a re‐
booking charge may be incurred. This will be issued at the discre on of the Renewables Coordinator. • In the event of circumstances beyond our control, Dimplex Renewables reserves the right to alter the
programme, the speakers, the date or the venue.
Pre requisites to Dimplex Renewables Heat Pump Training Courses
Dimplex Renewables heat pump training courses are designed and aimed at experienced heat pump installa on engineers and designers. Below is the list of pre requisites needed to a end any of the courses. If you are uncertain please contact Dimplex head office. Delegates who have not completed a Dimplex product course during 2013 must provide copies of their qualifica on prior to their acceptance on the course.

This training course covers the design, se ng to work and commissioning of the popular Dimplex Renewables Air‐Eau (LA MI) inverter heat pump range.

Installa on engineers who hold an industry recognised qualifica on in heat pump installa on and work directly for an MCS approved company are only required to a end the second day.
Designers may a end day 1 only.
Extended warranty sign off is only available to installa on engineers who are directly employed by an MCS approved company for heat pumps

This course covers mono‐valent & mono‐energy hea ng applica ons only & does not cover the basic principles of a heat pump, it is expected that candidates will already have prior knowledge of heat pump technology.

This 2 day course covers the design, se ng to work and commissioning of Dimplex Renewables air and ground source heat pumps which operate using the WPM controller system

The Dimplex Renewables Accredited Installer Scheme is designed with communica on in mind. The Accredited installer scheme allows Dimplex Renewables to keep in regular contact and get feedback from the companies opera ng on the front line so we can improve together.
Companies will be invited, when one of their Installers successfully pass a Dimplex Renewables training course If the Company is currently working towards MCS* for heat pumps and the Installers holding one of the industry recognised installer qualifica ons they will be invited to join the scheme. (*MCS should be achieved within 6 months of joining the Accredited installer scheme) Each joining company must sign and agree to the installer code. Being part of it Once you’re accepted onto the scheme, you will receive: • Welcome pack, • Micro page on the Dimplex website, to help generate leads • Inclusion on the My Green Hea ng Installer database www.mygreenhea ng.co.uk • Exclusive Access to Marke ng promo ons • Free gi s • Regular e shots Keeping in Touch We shall keep in touch with our accredited installers via e‐shots, sending you updates on our products and changes in legisla on and the industry. The Dimplex Renewables Installer code is a list of requirements that Dimplex Renewables believe are important for installers to operate within to provide the service that most end users expect.
