Orchard fruit and citrus flavors braced by a chalky minerality. Subtle note of succulent herbs provide a good depth with a touch of dry on the finish. Cobblestone Arroyo Seco Chardonnay 2007 $11 / 44 Grape: Chardonnay (100%) Region: Monterey, California Scents of strong tropical fruit on the nose. Rich and round on the palate with a crisp, zingy finish. A unique and expressive terroir with a delicate balance of French oak aging.

Conde de Subirats Cava Brut N/V $9 / 35 Grape: Macabeo (55%), Parellada (40%), Chardonnay (5%) Region: Cava, Spain Bright straw color with zesty lemon and kiwi scents with an exotic note of mustard seed. A suave, silky bubbly with deep orchard and tropical fruit flavors. Strikingly supple, very good finishing lift and clarity.
Foss Marai Brut Prosecco $11 / 44 Grape: Prosecco (65%), Moscato, Perrera, Verdiso (35%) Region: Valdobbiaddene, Italy Bright floral aromas which turn to apple and pear on the palate.
