Sehubungan dengan penyelenggaraan RUPMTN tersebut dan sesuai peraturan PT Kustodian Sentral

Efek Indonesia tentang Jasa Kustodian Sentral pasal 4.6. Tentang Rapat Pemegang efek Bersifat

Utang, maka KSEI akan membekukan efek tersebut sejak akhir hari recording date sampai dengan

pelaksanaan RUPMTN (akhir hari) atau sejak 27 Novermber - 3 Desember 2018. Efek tersebut akan

diaktifkan kembali (available) satu hari setelah pelaksanaan RUPMTN (awal hari).

Arin has years of depth experiences handling diverse legal issues both corporate/commercial and litigation

matters. He also has extensive experience in bankruptcy and suspension of payment cases, general corporate and

commercial matters in connection with aviation, corporate restructuring, labour, asset disposal, establishment and

governance of company, licensing and permits as well as providing advice in day-to-day legal aspects of company.

He worked as legal counsel at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA/BPPN). Arin also spent

several years acting as in-house counsel at PT Chandra Asri, the largest petrochemical company in South East

Asia and then joined one of prominent law firm specialized in commercial and administrative litigation in

Indonesia, Lubis Santosa & Maulana.

Arin obtained his bachelor degree from Universitas Padjajaran, Indonesia. He is a member of Perhimpunan

Advokat Indonesia (Indonesian Advocates Association) and Assosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (Indonesian

Bankruptcy Trustees and Administrators Association). Notable experience includes appointed, advising and

representing:

Administrator (Pengurus) of an apartment developer company in suspension of payment proceeding in

relation to approximately Rp. 500 billion debt (April 2018 – present);

Administrator (Pengurus) of an iron distribution company in suspension of payment proceeding and

restructuring transaction in relation to approximately Rp 55 billion debt (March 2018 – present);

Creditors as petitioners in bankruptcy petition against Indonesian retail company (2017);

Creditors as petitioners in bankruptcy petition against iron distributor company (2017);

Creditors in suspension of payment proceeding against debtor and restructuring transaction in relation to

approximately USD 1.5 billion multilateral facilities (2013)

Debtors in bankruptcy proceeding (2008)

Indonesian group of companies in a civil dispute over shares sales and purchase dispute involving claim

amounting to IDR2.5trillion (2015).

Reinsurer in compensation for next of kin of Indonesian passenger for the loss resulting from commercial

flight incident in Ukraine airspace (2014).

Reinsurer in compensation for next of kin of Indonesian passenger for the loss resulting from missing

After earning his bachelor’s degree from Universitas Padjajaran, Wim Triharto started his career as a corporate lawyer at Lubis, Santosa & Maulana Law Offices – a prominent law firm in Indonesia, specializing in corporate commercial and litigation. It gave him the chance to be involved in various types of assignments and projects relating to energy and natural resources, investment, as well as general corporate and commercial practice for international and domestic companies.

Moreover, Wim has years of depth experience, involvement, and exposure in handling numbers of high profile arbitration and commercial litigation cases for prominent and well-known clients over a wide spectrum of areas, including company and partnership disputes, anti-monopoly, employment, insolvency, corporate fraud, and professional negligence.

Prior to ST&T, Arin Tjahjadi Muljana worked as a legal counsel at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA/BPPN). With a master’s degree in Business Law from Tilburg University (Netherlands), Fani focuses his practice on banking and finance, including project financing, credit and corporate restructuring, commercial, consumer and investment banking activities.
