Drawer Slide Mounting Profile

Disconnect the Inner Member Mounting the Drawer to the Cabinet1. Locate the steel ball retainer of the intermediate member to catch the guiding parts.

2. Push the intermediate member in completely.

3. Push both inner members slightly through the guiding parts and keep them on the track of the steel ball retainers. This is an important step because improper insertionoftheinnermembermaydamagethesteel ball retainers.

4. Pushthedrawerslowlyinwardsuntilitclosescompletely.

5. Open the drawer slowly then close it completely. Repeatseveraltimes.

6. If the drawer can not be moved smoothly, take the drawer out to ensure it’s level and adjust if necessary.

If you apply excessive force on the drawer, the drawer may suddenly open. If you open the drawer by pulling out the drawer, you might damage the push rebound mechanism.

The optimum space between the drawer and cabinet should be between 12.7 - 13.5mm. Should this be out of the tolerance range, then it could affect the soft closing function, resulting in poor movement or shortening the service life of the slide. Make sure that these measurements are accurate as board thickness may vary.
