Transfer • Ease of acquiring PML without Fee / EC • Possible in seventeen cases • Transfer possible only within 60 days of signing of the Contract • Validity as per the PML transferred • Contractor has to eventually apply for grant of PML till the Contract period

Fees for Grant Application Fee : Rs 2 Lakhs Processing Fee : Rs 1.2 Lakhs Security : Rs 8 Lakhs Total : Rs. 11.2 Lakhs Rental : Rs 100 per hectare for first 100 sq. Km. Rs 200 per hectare for area exceeding 100 sq. Km. Either Rent or Royalty whichever is higher

Applications shall be made for all PMLs in the Contract Area ONGC/OIL will submit their consent for the transfer/ grant of PML pertaining to DSF Contract areas to State Government with a copy to DGH, Awardees and MoP&NG in case of On-land and to the MoP&NG with a copy to DGH in case of Offshore.

The awardee shall apply to respective State Government for transfer or grant of PML as per the format at Annexure II along with all documents including copy of Annexure-I (Consent letter of ONGC/OIL). The state Government along with MoP&NG shall endeavor to (a) transfer PML area(s) for DSF Contract area within 60 days of signing (execution) of the contract or (b) otherwise grant PML of the Contract area in the name of awardee for a period of the Contract.

Offshore DSF Contract Areas : Awardees shall apply to MoP&NG for transfer/ grant of PML as per the format at Annexure II along with all documents including copy of Annexure-I (Consent letter of ONGC/OIL) in duplicate and appropriate fees, if any, with a copy endorsed to DGH. MoP&NG shall endeavor to (a) transfer PML of Contract area within 60 days of the signing (execution) of the contract or (b) otherwise grant PML of the Contract area in the name of awardee for a period of the Contract.
