and Int’l Dues as well as leadership guidance.

Papine High School is experiencing Leadership problems. Papine has vacant board positions but has arranged a meeting time in the midst of troubles from the school’s shift system. They are yet to hold club elections. This is however being resolved, as I have been in close contact with the only official on the board, the President-Elect and her Kiwanian Advisor. They can’t have elections because of their internal examinations. The executive boards of Trench Town, Charlie Smith and Papine High require more support and training before they are ready to function at the high standards of Key Club International.

11. What efforts are being made to develop more clubs? What is current status and what help, of any kind, is needed?

-The Charter meeting for Ardenne Extension is to be held soon.-A committee is being developed to develop new Key Clubs within the divisional zone.-Kiwanians are being encouraged to visit and develop a stronger relationship with their SLP clubs.12. Please list any additional comments or questions:
