ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS OF THE 2019 REGIONAL DIWANG: SAGISAG KULTURA COMPETITION AND FESTIVAL

To: Assistant Superintendents Chiefs, CID and SGOD Division Supervisors/Coordinators District Supervisors/OICs Elementary and Secondary School Heads Heads, Private Elementary and Secondary Schools

1. Attached is Regional Memorandum No. 0462, s. 2019, entitled "Announcing the Winners of the 2019 Regional Diwang: Sagisag Kultura Competition and Festival" which was held on August 29, 2019 at Cebu City Sports Center, Cebu City.

2. This Office congratulates the students of Casay NHS, Dalaguete District 2, Nina Faith Quiroga, Nina Kate Quiroga and Jayson Genilo, with their coach, Ms. Ailene Ramos for copping 1^* place in Pambansang Balagtasan and all other winners and coaches in this regional competition, and acknowledges the significant support and assistance extended by their school heads. District Supervisors, Local Government Unit (LGU) and PTA Officials.

3. Please refer to the attached List of 2019 Regional Diwang: Sagisag Kultura Competition and Festival winners.

4. The first place winners will represent Region VII in the National Finals on September 22-23, 2019 at Hlyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Malolos, Bulacan.

5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.

1. This Office announces the Winners of the 2019 Regional Diwang: Sagisag Kultura Competition and Festival which was held on August 29, 2019 at Cebu City Sports Center. Cebu City.

2. DepEd Region Vii expresses its gratitude to all the nineteen (19) school's divisions for their participation and extends its warmest CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners.

3. The first place winners of Pambansang Balagtasan, Awiting Bayan Kundiman, Visual Arts on the Spot Contest, Laro ng Lahi, and KWIZ will represent Region Vil in the National Finals on September 22-23, 2019 at Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Malolos Bulacan.

4. Enclosed is the fist of the 2019 Regional Diwang: Sagisag Kultura Competition and Festival winners.
