Preface This book contains profiles of 187 current members of DJTA-Dhahran Junior Tennis Association (out of a total of 277 members), five past distinguished DJTA players, and six current DJTA coaches, in an alphabetic order. This is the final product of my Eagle Project in Troop 1 of Saudi Arabia. The primary objective of compiling this data is to promote friendship among DJTA players and have a bet-ter understanding of each other, and improve communication within and outside of tennis. As many players in DJTA do not know each other well, this book will provide a handy reference for players, their parents, and others to learn about the young talent of Aramco community, and their interests and hobbies. The players’ rankings used in this book are as of May 8, 2009. Most of the profile data in the book were obtained at tennis courts during DJTA’s group coaching sessions and March 2009 monthly tournament. Each member was asked to fill out a pre-designed questionnaire and have their picture taken with a standard background by a team of boy scouts. Then, all the information was manually entered into Microsoft Publisher for final compilation and editing. I spent over 100 hours in designing this project, collecting information, compiling, editing, and producing in the book format. My fellow scouts have put in cumula-tively over 70 hours into this project by collecting information and compiling the data. These scouts are: Bhargav Arimilli, Bharat Arimilli, Jared Balko, Beau Bran-ton, Edward Erickson, Calvin Hoy, Timothy Kuter, Matthew Mckissick, Tom Ren, Ali Sheikh, How Cheng Teng, and Jason Xiao. I am very thankful for their help. I am tremendously grateful to Mr. Tahir Bukhari for conceiving the idea of this project and for his endless help, support and guidance throughout the project. I would like to thank the 2009 DJTA board of directors for approving this idea for my Eagle project.
