11. Entrance Admit card (1)

12. Physical Handicapped certificate (if any) & Photocopy (2)

13. Age proof Photo Copy (1)

14. Identity Proof (Voter’s ID Card / Driving License/Passport/Aadhaar card) Photocopy (2)

NOTE: 1) Original Final MBBS Mark sheet, 2) Original MBBS Pass (Degree) Certificate,

3) Original Medical Council Registration Certificate 4) Internship completion certificate will

be kept by the College authority.

Fees Details

Admission fees : Rs. 2000/- (cash)

Tuition fees for 6 months : Rs. 6000/- Demand draft

Caution deposit : Rs. 10000/- Demand Draft (for Degree) / Rs. 5000/- Demand Draft (for Diploma)

** Two separate Demand Drafts (for tuition fees and caution deposit) are to be drawn in favour of

‘Principal, Calcutta National Medical College’ payable at ‘Kolkata’.

Bond information: Bonds to be submitted –

1) Discontinuation Bond

2) Indemnity bond (for Open Category)

Bond should be made on Non-judicial Stamp Paper (Minimum Rs. 20/-) and attested by Notary Public.
