MITIE procurement process

The MITIE procurement process is intended to capture the business need. This can be driven by scope, specification, budget, or market changes.

The next stage is designed to then consider the supply market capability. This process is designed to provide open and objective market evaluation.

The output is establishing a contract against our standard form agreement to then sit within our contract database. Performance is then managed, measured, and benchmarked for all key supply agreements.
