FEAST OF SANTO NIÑO 10th Annual Celebration at St. Martha Catholic Community, on January 26, 2013

St. Martha's Catholic Parish Community is pleased to invite you to its 10th Annual Celebration of the Feast of Santo Niño. We will have 9 days Novena before the final celebration, which is on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the Church. The 9 day Novena will be held in different areas within the Parish.

La Parroquia de Santa Marta Comunidad Católica se complace en invitarle a su celebración 10o anual de la Fiesta del Santo Niño. Tendremos Novena de 9 días antes de la celebración final, que es el Sábado, 26 de enero 2013 en la Iglesia. La novena de 9 días se llevará a cabo en diferentes áreas dentro de la parroquia.

....and so, a million Thank yous to the St. Martha English Lectors Ministry for taking the lead in having a Thanksgiving Dinner Dance Fundraiser for the Parish Project of Re-roofing our church. With the help of everybody, they were able to raise $5,742.62 to start off this parish un-dertaking; to the Filipino Ministries Committee for generously giving $5,000.00 out of their Misa de Gallo/Simbang Gabi proceeds for the re-roofing project; to Ric Caguicla and Evelyn Quitain of Kalahi Bakery who contributed to the improvement and beautification of our Saint Martha Statue and Meditation Grotto and to Neri Amora and Guillermo "Mong" Bartolome who (offered their skills and talents in making this grotto a reality; to Glicerio & Teresa Valles (both deceased) who donated the statue of St. Martha; Freda Joy Primicias of QualCare Hos-pice, Inc.; to Simeon & Jigs Pilapil, Martha Sandino, Rene & Abby Ortiz, Toto & Leni Valerio of Valerio's Tropical Bakeshoppe, Juan Diaz of JMD Construction, Bernard Roldan for their generous heart in assisting the needs of our parish; to Rebecca Prudencio of Holy Family Hos-pice Care, Inc.; to Ric & Geniflor Caguicla and Evelyn Quitain for helping to provide a top-quality sound system (to be installed soon!) for the use of the choirs in the church as they lead us in the celebration of the liturgy; to Allan & Joy Tanjuaquio; to the various ministries, organiza-tions and programs of our parish, its leaders and members, who continuously demonstrate un-selfish love, dedicated service and commitment to a welcoming spirit that amazes and inspires visitors, strangers and friends alike who come to our parish church; and to all our parishioners who lovingly exemplify the spirit of our patron St. Martha, Patroness of Hospitality, once again, Thank you!
