Section A: Romeo and Juliet a) Character – 7 marks – 10 mins • Focus purely on the extract given• Use PEEE or PEEEEEE• If you’re running out of time, then
list lots of adjectives to describe the character
• Don’t forget to use quotes to back it up!
• KEY WORDS: suggests, shows, reveals, indicates

Section C: Writing Features• Spend at least 5 minutes planning and checking your writing• Sentence variety – in length (short and long), and sentence
starters• Use a one-word sentence, and a one-sentence paragraph.• Like this.• Use AFOREST features (alliteration, RQs, statistics etc.)• their/they’re/there and your/you’re• Use all of the punctuation marks you can : ; ( ) … “” . , • CHECK YOUR CAPITAL LETTERS AND FULL STOPS!!• Opening and Ending Links/Bomb sentences• Try to use more ambitious vocabulary, even if you can’t spell
it! You still get credit.
