Ms. Summers-Ewing, a Senior Client
Partner and Managing Director with
Korn/Ferry International’s Leadership
Development Solutions group, is based in
the firm’s Seattle and San Francisco
offices. She is responsible for developing
and overseeing the firm’s assessment and
leadership development practice in the
Western US.
Ms. Summers-Ewing joins Korn/Ferry from
RHR International, a major leadership
consulting firm, where she led a practice
focused on strategic change management
and human capital development. As a
Management and Organizational
psychologist, she partners with her clients
to ensure that they have the optimum
talent to meet their strategic needs.
With over 27 years of business
experience her industry expertise is broad
and diverse. She has consulted with
clients in High Tech, Retail, Financial
Services, Hospitality, Government,
Professional Services, and Utilities.

A well-known authority on leadership
issues, she is a frequent speaker at
international conferences on executive
development, strategic change and
knowledge management.
Prior to joining RHR, Ms. Summers-Ewing
spent over 12 years in the
telecommunications industry as a sales
and marketing executive, overseeing
national and global accounts. She has
been the Director of two academic
departments and an adjunct professor,
teaching graduate and undergraduate
courses in business and psychology.
Ms. Summers-Ewing has served on the
board of directors of Executive Service
Corps and two regional Humane
Societies. She is currently a board
member of the Alzheimer’s Association of
Washington.
Ms. Summers-Ewing is a licensed
psychologist and earned her PhD in
Educational and Counseling Psychology.
She also has Masters’ degrees in
Business Administration and Psychology.
