SECURITY VESSELS

ISS Palumbo is specifically skilled in the field of marine security, especially in high risk areas
including the Gulf of Aden, Gulf of Oman and the Red Sea.
We meet our offshore customer's requirements by employing trained staff in our organisation, providing armed
security on board to perform surveys with expert consultants in the sector and supplying marine service vessels.
We have also been supplying long term charter security vessels in Mozambique since 2011.

MARINE AGENCY
ISS Palumbo has been providing marine agency solutions for more than 30 years.
Following our partnership with Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS), the world's leading marine, cargo and
supply chain solutions provider in 2012, we are able to supply technical, commercial and administrative
assistance for all types of transit vessels through the use of ISS' extensive network of direct port offices and
well- established network of trusted sub- agents. In doing so, we offer our customers the added value of
interfacing with a sole partner for a variety of operations.
A selection of our wide variety of marine services available include; certificates, crew changes, surveys on
board of vessels, welding, visa arrangements, medical assistance, cash to master (CTM), bunkers, customs
formalities and other ancillary operations such as the loading/ unloading of all types of cargo including break
bulk and petrochemical products.
PIPE HANDLING
ISS Palumbo has extensive experience in the port logistics sector, with particular expertise
in assisting the oil and gas industry.
Our work includes transporting pipes for pipelines on vessels and offshore transhipments in particularly difficult conditions,
delivering insulated pipes to special pipe laying vessels and built a pipeline to shift all the structures for the offshore
installation of the anchoring and gas transmission turret of the FRSU (Floating Storage Regasification Unit).

LANDING CRAFT VESSEL
ISS Palumbo has recently announced an investment in “Comarco Palma Ltd.”, a company owned 50%-50% by ISS Palumbo and Comarco Mauritius Ltd., which owns the landing-craft vessel Comarco Palma.
This unit (DWT 1750 tons) was built in 2014 and it is equipped with all the most modern and up to date electronic devices able to ensure a safe navigation and the most effective performance of loading/unloading operations. It also can boast two
deck cranes among the most recent and performing currently available in the market.
Comarco Palma vessel will be in service on the Persian Gulf and East/West African routes thus enhancing ISS Palumbo’s involvement in this area.
