AREAS OF ACTIVITYBUSINESS CONSULTANCYConsultancy services aimed at increasing the sustainability and competitiveness of our custom-ers (public administrations, town councils, water sector businesses, ministries, etc.). The attain-ment of business objectives is made possible through strategic business processes, planning and the company vision.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIESThese enable centralised management of infor-mation arising from strategic business processes focused on water and environment sector compa-nies. We offer services in consultancy, rollout projects, operation and/or service and technology to an extensive group of customers, such as town councils, irrigation communities, conferences and housing developments, amongst others.

MANAGEMENT PROCESSESWe offer an innovative model for outsourcing (billing management, meter reading, collection, etc.), consultancy (process reengineering, pricing management, etc.) and technological solutions (remote meter reading, dashboards, etc.) through a collaboration model with our customers that relies on our team of professionals’ experience in the sector, the use of specific methodology and in-house technology.

INTEGRATION AND SYSTEMSHigh added-value systems based on the applica-tion of business knowledge and technology with a single objective: to increase the revenue of water cycle companies. To do this, we combine business consultancy services, pay-per-use information systems, advanced metering services, commercial back-office services and retail products that enable: minimisation of loss of invoicing and collection revenue, reduction of operative costs linked to revenue management and creation of new sources of revenue.

SUPPLY CHAINOur model, distinguished in the supply of materials and products related to complete water cycle man-agement, means we can offer services specialising in outsourcing, purchasing consultancy, supply and logistics. We improve efficiency by optimising product, service and resource purchase prices (stock reduction, needs planning, etc.).

SMART METERING. REMOTE METER READINGRemote meter reading is a strategic element in transforming the central processes of a company, such as customer services, billing, supply network management and demand management.
