Congratulations to Dr. Avelina T. Llagas for being a dy-

namic and progressive leader and educator of the Philip-

pine Republic!

As a Filipino Educator, I always believe that education is

a core value of Philippine society and family life. It is the foundation of economic prosperity and individual liberty,

justice and self-worth.

In my capacity as the national president of the State

Universities and Colleges Teacher Educators Association,

we offer you our valued package of hard work and dedi-cation of all our teachers, sincere praise and respect of

every Filipino.

We, the Filipino teachers, shall pursue to exert our best
