Dr. Fixit Newcoat is ideal for roof waterproofing that is old and needs to be redone. It is a highperformance, heavyduty weightless waterproofing system that can be applied over the existingwaterproofing system, without even breaking it. It comes in three different light colors to ensure thecustomergetsallthethreecoatings.Dr.FixitNewcoatdoesnotrequireanyadditionalprotectivesystemoveritandisidealforflatRCCroofs,evenroofssubjecttoheavyfoottraffic.Repairsontheexistingterracesurfaceandtheparapets,etc.mustbedonepriortothecoating,asDr.FixitNewcoatisthefinalsystem,togiveafinish.

Dr.FixitNewcoatisresistanttoalgae,mildewandefflorescence.ItbreatheseasilyandreflectsharmfulUVandinfraredraystoagreatextent.Highlyflexiblewithacrackbridgingabilityupto1.5mm,andexcellentbondingstrengthwithcementitioussubstrates,itisapplicableonallnewandoldflatandslopingRCCroofs.
