Dry Type Transformers

Transformers meant to be installed in a dry and air conditioned room or in a

PTI AUGIER type substation.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS :

Power rating and type :

Single-phase : TMAI : 5 - 7.5 - 10 - 16 - 25 - 32 - 50 kVA

Three-single : TTMAI : 16 - 25 - 32 - 50 - 63 - 80 - 100 - 125 - 160 kVA

Three-two : TTBAI : 16 - 25 - 32 - 50 - 63 - 80 - 100 - 125 - 160 kVA

Three-phase : TTAI : 16 - 25 - 32 - 50 - 63 - 80 - 100 - 125 - 160 - 200

250 - 400 - 500 - 630 kVA

Insulation voltage : 1.1 kV - 3.6 kV - 7.2 kV

Primary voltage : Every voltage compatible with insulation voltages above.

Usually standard voltages are : 230 V - 400 V - 950 V - 3200 V - 5500 V and

6600 V.

Secondary load voltage : 230 V - 400 V - 950 V - 3200 V - 5500 V and 6600 V.

Couplings :

Standard : Three-phase transformer : Step-down Dyn11 - Step-up YNd1– single-phase transformer :Ii0

Specific : Three-single transformer, Leblanc three-two transformer, other couplings on request.

Manufacturing specifications on request : Inrush current transformer reduced or very reduced.

CONNEXION:

Primary and secondary connesion on copper slots, by the upper side of the transformer.

STANDARD ACCESSORIES :

Empty setting plugs : Three outputs on slots.

Two earthing switches.

Lifting lugs.

Four rollers for 10 kVA and higher power rating transformers.

NOTE :

Transformers mechanical and electrical characteristics are the same

for step-down or step-up transformers. The tranformers are not

reversible.

Step-up transfrormers are built so that inrush currents are

limited.

Single-phase transformer, TMAI type, with IP21 encolsure, fuse terminal 3200 V

and locking.

CONSTRUCTION :

Magnetical circuits with crystal made sheet metal, oriented, with low losses.

Copper windings, vacuum impregnated of H class and applying of a fungicide varnish.

Metallic flanges.

Ironed chassis with rollers.

Wooden terminals plate bakelised.

Cooling : in natural air : NA.

Use : use in dry, air conditioned rooms, at a room temperature of -15 °C ; + 40°C.

Color : RAL 7035 gray.

STANDARDS AND TESTS : Conforms to NF C 17-200 - NF C 52-100 - IEC 60076 standards.

Other specifications on request. Routine tests U.T.E made on each transformer, specific tests on request..

Secondary load voltage : 400 V - 950 V - 3200 V - 5500 V and 6600 V.

Couplings :

Step-down Dyn11 - Step-up YNd1, other couplings on request.

CONNEXION :

Primary and secondary connexions on copper plates, by the upper side of the transformer.


Voltage tapping adjustable out of voltage : +/- 2,5 % or +- 5% output on slots.

Two earthing terminals.

Lifting lugs.


Naked presentation on frame : IP00.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES Painted sheet metal enclosure with natural airing upwards, IP21.

Connexion on pluggable terminals 3200 V or 5500 V.

HRC fuses protection integrated above the protection envelop.

Thermal protection by thermal probe integrated to windings, one or two thresholds protection.

Tap changers +/- 2,5 % +/- 5%.

Keyhole locking of the protection envelop and or pluggable terminals.
