e-zone’s 7-inch colour touchscreen does double duty as
a tablet. Now you can manage your comfort and your
home from one central hub.
The e-zone screen is easy to read and simple to
navigate. As the touchscreen is integrated with both
the air management system and air-conditioning unit,
you can control every function from the one screen.
With a touch, you can see which rooms are receiving
air and how much, open and close zones, set
programs and turn the air-conditioner on or off.
You can control the rest of your home with the
same ease by loading it up with your favourite
Android internet browser and apps. Pay bills, order
groceries, search a recipe, play music, skype while you
cook… As the touchscreen is wired to the wall, it never
goes missing and never needs charging.

The e-zone touchscreen controls both the air management
system and as well as the air-conditioning unit. If you
know how to use a tablet or iPad, then you already know
how to use it. Simply tap on the function you want and
follow the prompts. We’ve designed the system to be
as intuitive to use as possible, but the HELP button is
always there if you need it.
H O M E S C R E E N
You can turn the system ON or OFF directly from the home
screen by pressing the POWER symbol next to the e-zone
logo. The left hand side of the screen displays your Air-
Con Status. It tells you if the system is on, and what the
temperature, fan speed and mode settings are. To adjust
any of these settings, press the Air Con button on the right
hand side of the screen.
You can also set a timer from the home screen by simply
tapping the ON or OFF timer buttons. Each tap will
increase the timer by 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 2
hours. To remove a timer, press the CLEAR button.
A I R C O N S E T U P
Tapping the AIR CON set up button will take you through to this screen. To change the
MODE or FAN SPEED, tap on the appropriate button. To increase or decrease the TARGET
TEMPERATURE, press the plus or minus button. Press BACK to return to the home screen.
Z O N E S
To control how much air goes where, press the ZONES button. The ZONES screen will
display every room in your house. To open or close a zone, simply tap on the room name,
or to adjust the airflow press the plus or minus button. If the room has a temperature
sensor, the number displayed will be a temperature not an airflow percentage.
P R O G R A M S
Programming is the way to ensure you never wake up to a cold bedroom or come home
to a sweatbox ever again. It’s so simple with e-zone. Selecting PROGRAMS will bring
you through to this screen. Simply tap ADD NEW PROGRAM and follow the prompts.
Choose when you want the air-conditioning to start and stop, what
days you want it to run, and in which zones. Presto! Program set.
You can create up to 5 different programs.

Our obsession with comfort extends to your
energy bills. e-zone is engineered for precision air
management and maximum energy efficiency.
As e-zone has up to 10 zones, each room is
controlled independently. You control precisely
which rooms receive conditioned air so there’s no
paying to heat or cool empty rooms.
This is in sharp contrast to standard systems that
have only 4 or 5 zones, and therefore have to
clump several rooms in each zone. You may only
be using 3 rooms, but due to restrictive zoning you’ll
pay to run the system in nearly the whole house.

You not only control which rooms receive air, you
determine exactly how much. With e-zone you can
adjust the airflow to any room from 5 to 100% output,
in precise 5% increments. Everyone can customise

If you’d prefer everything to be adjusted automatically,
you have the option of upgrading to Individual
Temperature Control (ITC). Each ITC sensor acts like
a thermostat, instructing the system to continually
adjust the airflow to maintain your selected
temperature. They are particularly beneficial in west
facing or upstairs rooms.
Alternatively you may use ITC in an East-facing room
to ensure rooms are not over air-conditioned for extra
energy savings.

Housed in the ducting, dampers control airflow. In
standard systems, dampers looks like a large metal
tube with a circular internal scoop that pivots to
increase or decrease airflow. As the scoop starts
to close, it quickly meets a great deal of resistance
making it impossible to precisely control airflow.
Our solution was to create our own, based on the
design used in commercial high-rise buildings.
Instead of a pivoting scoop, e-zone’s Exact Air
Regulators incorporate 6 Opposed Blade Dampers
(OBDs). They work like double doors that can open and
close in precise 5% increments. As the air goes
exactly where it is directed, you achieve your preferred
temperature as energy efficiently as possible.

Advantage Air endeavours to achieve compatibility with as many modems as possible,
and whilst Remote Access works fine on most routers, there are some routers or
applications that are not compatible. If your router is not listed on our website
and you experience issues with the operation of Remote Access, please
contact your IT specialist for help with your modem settings.
R E M O T E A C C E S S.
Remote access is available with e-zone
products, and utilises your Wifi equipped
modem to operate. Your modem will require
UDP and UPnP to be enabled as well as a
strong wifi connection between the modem
and your wall mounted touch screen panel.
Our recommended modem is the TPLink
AC1200 Archer D5. You can find a list of
other compatible modems that have been
tested on our website.
• Android devices need to be running OS v4.1 or higher
• Apple devices need to be running iOS v7.0 or higher.
