Optional hydraulic tilt interface provides up to 60 degrees of tilting performance left and right, allowing operators to adjust during cutting and placement.
A Dymax Excavator Tree Shear is the perfect tool for forest utility work, hazardous fuel removal from forest lands, plantation thinning of acacia and eucalyptus, biomass fuels production and trimming limbs and trees for roadside maintenance and site development or alongside railroad tracks.
In plantation thinning operations of Acacia and Eucalyptus a Dymax Excavator Tree Shear can average between 100 to 180 trees per hour cutting rates and produce more volume of wood than competing models. Cutting rates are subject to tree spacing, operators, and terrain.

• Dymax 360° Log Grapples for Hydraulic Excavators are ideal for a variety of forestry operations, including landclearing.
• The Dymax 360° Log Grapple features a lock valve that provides positive load holding. Once pressurized, the load is secure and won’t let go if the excavator loses pressure.
• Clevis mount fits direct to stick linkage allowing customers to easily adapt to existing or new excavators. Available with optional hydraulic kit.

• Forks feature two hydraulic cylinders for tine adjustment, saving time and adding safety.
• Machines require an additional hydraulic circuit for operation of the adjustable tines.
• Tines are available in a variety of sizes and capacities. Most common are 48”, 60”, 72”, 84” and 96” tine lengths. A wide variation of carriage widths are also available.
• 2 over 3 tine box weld construction.
• Full integrated 360° rotator with needle valves.
• Heavy duty cylinder rams with built-in positive load holding valve ensure positive grip in case of pressure loss.
• Include pins for attaching to machine.
• Available for 3-30T excavators and backhoe loaders.
