Product Features:The application of fibreglass tanks is not new to the storage industry. Like many other young fibreglass manufacturers, Dynaglass started out making tanks in 1971. Since then, we have introduced dual laminate technology as an option for the clean industries such as but not limited to the Semiconductor Industry, Chemical industry, and Food Industry.
Our tanks are built via the trusted "hand layup" method with our skilled crafts men and then tested by our internal QC department as well as third-party inspectors.

Then,
Estimated weight ( kg/m2 ) = 1.35x5 + 0.9x3 +0.69x2
= 10.83 kg/m2
Then, Total weight of the support FRP pipes = 8 x π x 0.1 x 1.25 x 10.83
= 34 kg = 34/8 = 5kg/ support ( taken)
ω = 5 x 9.81/1250 = 0.04 N/mm
Simplified loading system on the support beam shall be as follows:
( a ) Bending moment at fixed end due to Concetrated load at beam end, MW
Mw = 275 x 1250 = 343750 Nmm
( b ) Bending moment at fixed end due to uniformly distributed load on the neam, Mω
Mω = 0.04 x 12502 / 2 = 31250 Nmm
Then, Total Bending moment at fixed end of the support beam, MT
MT = 343750 + 31250 = 375000 Nmm

= 375000 x 55/2274090
= 9 N/mm2 ( <<<<< 160/5 = 32 ) ( Ref. 1, Table II)
Therefore, the designed dimensions of the support beams of internal distribution pipe ( Drum )
