discussed. Under Section 4 of the guideline, the requirements for designer to

eliminate, reduce, or control foreseeable risk through design has been declared

by using the higher Hierarchy of Control, including the Building Information

Modelling (BIM). This conference is very useful for safety practitioners such as

HSE manager safety and Health Officer (SHO) and Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to

enhance their roles and responsibilities as stipulated in the guideline and how

BIM can be used as a hazard avoidance at early stage of building design

throughout project management life cycle.
