FACTORY DESIGN CONSULTANCY

With 25 years design, installation and maintenance experience training in some of the best Engineer-ing institutions in Kenya and Germany our lead Engineers have a rich knowledge and expertise in process design. Planning:

Will develop a project plan that is aligned with goals and in terms of timing and project financing

We will integrate the activities of all project components for better coordination

We shall establish the project Gannt Chart which will de-fine the shortest and realistic time possible to complete the project

Costing and Budgeting

We shall strive to cost all the key elements of the project and work a budget that with adequate contingencies to avoid surprises and support a robust financing plan

All costings will be done to the satisfaction of the client with sign-offs at appropriate stages

Procurement Service

We shall advise and agree with the client on the procure-ment plan that would give most value for money

Advise on the contract deliverables that would guarantee the desired quality is delivered at the end of the project

Supervision Service:

This service is not full time but provided periodically through project site meetings and inspection as necessary or as agreed by the project team and client.

Do installation validation with client representative before commencement of commissioning

Commissioning and handover of the plant equipment:

During this phase we will make sure that all equipment are appropriately and adequately tested
