Through The National Student Clearinghouse site, students and alumni can choose between two types of transcripts to order:

1. A traditional hard copy transcript that can be sent via mail or express mail.

2. An Electronic Transcript, which is a certified PDF of your official Pace University transcript that can be emailed to a University, business or organization, or to any individual with a valid email address. Recipients of an Electronic Transcript will receive an email with a secured link, password and instructions on how to retrieve the document. They will have 30 days to access the link.

• The electronic transcript option is unavailable for students who attended Pace University prior to 2005.

• For students who attended Pace University prior to 2005 there may be delays in the processing time as these records require additional research. These records will only be available via mail delivery.

All newly graduated students awarded after August 2016 will be provided one official academic transcript free of charge via standard mail. The transcript will be sent as hard copy to their permanent address on record, eight weeks after the conferral date (last day of Spring/Fall/Summer II). Alumni with degrees awarded prior to August 2016 are entitled to one free official academic transcript, which will be provided as hard copy via standard mail. Alumni requesting their free copy must complete and return the Alumni Transcript Request Form to the Office of Student Assistance for processing; thereafter all requests must be submitted via the National Student Clearinghouse link where a fee will be charged.
