Health Services
Peel Public Health information regarding: Children in need of dental
treatment, healthy eating and staying active; immunization and
disease prevention, parenting information, etc.

Region of Peel, Public Health Nurse – Telephone counselling and
information (905-799-7700; Caledon residents call free of charge at
905-584-2216); interpreters are available in many languages, including
American Sign Language; areas include: growth and development for
children 0-6 years, children’s sleep, child nutrition, child behaviour, etc.
Every school in the Peel board is assigned a public health nurse.
Telehealth Ontario is a free, confidential service you can call to get
health advice or information. A Registered Nurse will take your call 24
hours a day, seven days a week. Only offered over the phone.
