G12 & G14 PAYMENT PLAN

NOTE:

1) *Pre-Finishing Stage shall start a�er comple�on of structure work, Brick work External and Internal Plaster work and �ling work in the apartment. The installa�on of Doors, Windows, sanitary -ware, wash-basin, kitchen sink, hardware accessories, final touch of paint etc. will be done during said “Pre-finishing stage” only. A demand will be raised at this stage as per the payment plan adopted by the Allotee(s) at the �me of booking.

2) *In 950 sq feet =6 tube light & 4 fans and in 1060 sq feet = 7 tube light and 5 fans. 3) Price list & Payment Plan can be changed without no�ce at the sole discre�on of the company. 4) There will be no escala�on for the Booked Apartment/Unit. 5) *First Transfer Free �ll Offer of Possession. 6) All Specifica�on numbers, area are tenta�ve and may be varying by ± 3%.. 7) Water & Sewer connec�on charges, FTTH, PNG infrastructures and development charges, IGL Security,

Advocate Fee, sinking fund shall be charged extra. 8) Addi�onal Power back-up (Per-KVA) Rs 25000/-.

9) All Payment should be made in Favour of “Nirala Projects Pvt Ltd” through A/C Payee Cheque/Pay
