Joel L. Naroff is the president and founder of Naroff Economic Advisors, a strategic economic consulting firm. He is an economic advisor to Cumberland Advisors, Ahold USA, Susquehanna Bank, Metro Bank, Trefoil Properties and Spectrum Alliance. He consults with banks on asset/liability, economic growth and credit risk issues, corporations on economic risk as well as business and marketing opportunities.

A nationally recognized economic forecasting expert, in 2011 he received the National Association for Business Economics Outlook Award as the top economic forecaster. He is often quoted in the national press and appears frequently on CNBC, Fox Business News and Bloomberg Television.

Naroff received bachelor’s degrees in economics and chemistry from Stony Brook University and his doctorate in economics from Brown University.
