LAND EXPENSES IN SEZ

Land plots within SEZ are offered for a long-term lease based on the innovational activities agreement.

The rent price for the land, provided for a SEZ resident is fixed at 2% of its cadastral price.

In accordance with Russian legislation, leaseholders within SEZ are primarily entitled to buy the land at its cadastral price after the construction of all planned objects is completed.
