Trends within units• Unit “met my needs” is a question we ask of all
students who reporting using the unit’s service• 90% rate of agreement is the target• LOTS OF WINS!– All units except for one met the target (and that one
had 89% rate of agreement)– No unit showed declining trends from 2010 to 2012– Student Health Service showed a positive trend on
this item over time

• Student satisfaction with ESL services has been high overall, high within each college, and consistent over time

• 65% response rate for the university (501 responses out of 772 invitations)
• Excludes the College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy faculty and Finance & Administration
