Telecommunicator Recognitions

Board wants to recognize your telecommunicators at 911 Board meetings for the job they do in handling major events.

Can also do recognitions at local level such as county commissioner and city council meetings.

Created a high level outline for Nuts and Bolts Class and shared it with Education Committee & Training Sub-Committee. Asking for feedback.

Going to work with Marsha in building a class on financial matters.

Statewide 911 Assessment

Writing responses to 74 guidelines in 8 categories.

5 member assessment team will spend 3 days on site doing evaluation in November.

On site assessment will include presentations to the assessors from a State team of 15-20 subject matter experts.

Assessment team will have opportunity for Q & A with state team members on guideline responses and presentations.
