Solution Manager Jan 2006-May 2008 Solution Manager for Enterprise Identity Management

Managed Identity solution for Enterprise Campus and Branch architectures. Wrote Market Requirements Document and Solution Requirements Document to

cover Identity as a framework for Cisco Trusted Security and Network Admission Control.

Drove implementation of Flexible Authentication (802.1X, MAC Auth Bypass and Web Authentication) across all Cisco Layer 2 access devices. This included all L2 switches, wireless APs, physical security devices and VPN. Note that NAC and Cisco TrustSec were also part of the overall security solution.

Responsible for driving equipment pull through of $386 Million dollars via support of the Flexible Authentication features.

Product Manager Jan 2003-2006 Product Manager for Broadband Access Center and Cisco Network Registrar.

Sell and Market Cisco provisioning products. Drove implementation of provisioning for various broadband access technologies including cable (MGCP,SIP), Satellite, ETTX, SIP and DSL (TR69). Also supported configuration of Linksys devices. Produced customer presentations, white papers, product requirements documents, business cases, ROI analysis, sales training presentations and demonstrations at trade shows, partner management, etc. Drove BAC product into one hundred service provider customers world wide over

a four year period. BAC and CNR Products produced yearly revenues of $8 million each. Managed CNR product which has over 2000 customers (and still growing) world

wide. Managed creation of demo for single server SIP enabled voice network which

included clients that supported VoIP, Video and Instant Messaging. Provisioned access devices using XCAP. Used for requirements gathering.

Marketed products internally via web access and sales engineering meetings. Marketed products externally by developing white papers, presentations, web

sites, trade show demos and customer presentations. Partnered with system integrators and services company to customize and deploy product to meet customer’s business processes. Drove architecture of products to include common management platform

components as mandated by business unit. Led teams to put together strategies for winning network management sales at

high profile customers such as Comcast, SBC, ATT, and Qwest. Supported video solutions with developing strategies to provision and manage

video equipment that was acquired from Scientific Atlanta, Linksys and Kiss.

Solutions Marketing Manager Oct 99-Dec 03 Solution Marketing Mgr for network mgmt of voice, video and data over IP.

Documented field and customer requirements into a solution requirements documents. The requirements were then driven into products and solution test labs and ultimately delivered to customers.

Coordinated activities between multiple business units to ensure end to end solution requirements were met. Produced customer presentations, technical datasheets, white papers customer support, partner management, and account team support. Provided internal marketing presentations to sales engineering teams, technology

leadership programs, and technology marketing teams world wide. Drove the creation of revenue estimates and ROI analysis for the products included in the network solution. Authored High Speed Data requirements document. Spent three months at Comcast in Philadelphia authoring a high speed data requirements document for the migration of their high speed data network from an Excite@Home implementation to a Comcast implementation. Produced network management strategies to help business units with billion dollar

revenues pull through equipment sales.

1995-1999: ISR Global Telecom, Maitland, Florida.ISR Global Telecom is a start up company that produces management products for telecommunications equipment.

Director Sales Engineering Managed team of sales engineers through the presales process. Led team strategies on how to win new accounts. Managed the production of demos and trials used to drive management software

into new accounts. Drove sales to $8 Million first year and $12 Million the next year for product and

services.

Product Manager Managed Orbit™ toolkit which was a generic element management system that was used to create management systems for a variety of technologies.

Presented product via presentation and demos to customers directly at the customer site as well as trade shows.

Provided pricing models, forecasts, revenue projects for the product. Created requirements documents and worked with development to produce estimates and roadmaps for the product.

Developed program called “MASK” – Manager Application Solution Kit. This feature helped by our development teams and customers build EMSs rapidly. This feature resulted in six new customers upon its initial release.

Development Team Supervisor Managed team of engineers in building an Element Manager for the first generation cable head ends produced by Motorola. The EMS included management of the TR08 and GR303 interfaces. Wrote system architecture and requirements document for the EMS. Reversed engineered (with company’s permission) the management interface to

Reltecs transmission equipment for the TR08 and GR303 “TL1-like” interfaces. Produced interface guide to ensure knowledge was shared with customer, partner and integration test team.

1994-1995: TeCoRe, Inc., Baltimore Maryland.TeCoRe is a start up company whose goal was to become a leading system provider of scalable solutions for wireless networks around the world.

Vice President of Software Development. Managed two teams of engineers to produce following telecommunication products

products: International Callback Machine. Satellite to Cellular protocol translation utilizing PRI and T1 interfaces. TeCoRe was a subcontractor of Westinghouse on behalf Nortel for this project.

Participated in the early design meetings for Ellipso™. The goal of Ellipso was to designing a unique global wireless network to extend seamlessly the Internet, cellular and public telephone systems virtually anywhere on the planet using satellite technology.

Transitioned the company from a services company to product company producing $2 Million during its first year.

1986-1994 Siemens Communication Systems, Boca Raton, FL Feature Team Leader 1992-1994.

Managed team of 60 software engineers to deliver PRI to Bell South. The team included business units in Boca Raton, Orlando and Germany to ensure that system requirements were met for BellSouth.

Worked directly with Bell South to develop the deployment strategy. Developed and wrote code for Layer 2 initialization of PRI trunk for Bell South. Integration tested EWSD PRI interface to ATT Definity and Nortel Meridian

PBXs. Promoted from Principal Member of Technical Staff to Senior Member of

Technical Staff.

Software Engineer. 1986-1992 Developed call transfer, dial call pickup and three way conferencing user

programs for the EWSD Central Office Telephone Switch. Designed, coded and tested software for call processing features (three way

calling, call transfer, call waiting, etc). Designed, coded and tested telephony protocols (SS7, ISDN (PRI and BRI), ISUP

and 800 Services), Designed coded and tested maintenance software for the interface to SLC96 and

SLC2000 (GR303) Remote Digital Terminals (RDTs). Designed, coded and tested Operating System memory allocation for ISDN User

Program. Designed, coded and tested Audit routines for SS7/ISUP subsystems. Promoted from Member of Technical Staff to Principal Member of Technical

Trained in Paris, France for 3 months on the OPUS 300 PBX (aka Alcatel 1). Designed, coded and tested PBX Centrex features. Designed, coded and tested Voice Mail features
