    에어모터의 종류 및 구조(Basic principles of air-motors)

    베인모터 (Vane-Motor) : 터빈에 공기를 내뿜어서 회전력을 얻으며,치과용,

    작동순서: 방아쇠(1)를 당기면 헤드밸브(2)의 압축공기가 밸브튜브를 통해 방아쇠 밸브(6)로 대기방출 하면서 차압에 의해 레드밸브가 실린더와 분리 되면서 실린더로 압력이 유입되면서 메인 피스톤이 작동된다,방아쇠는 놓으면 헤드밸브피스톤(4)은 스프링에 의해 복귀하고 실린더와 하우징 사이에 있던 압축공기(5)에 의해 복귀하면서 기존에 있던 압축공기는 배기밸브로 방출된다.

    압축공기 분사의 이용

    압축공기 분사는 대부분의 산업분야에서 일반적으로 이용하고 있다. 대부분의 경우에 일반적인 파이프를 사용한다. 보통은 지름이 몇 mm에서부터 1인치 정도 크기의 파이프를 사용한다. 많은 경우에, 파이프를 구부리거나 끝을 납작하게 해서 원하는 분사각도나

    분사패턴을 만들어 낸다.

    본인이 출장이 잦은 관계로 자동차 타이어교체 를 자주하게 된다. 그런데 어느업체는 1/2" 임팩트 렌치로 휠볼트를 풀지 못하고 3/4"로 부는경우를 보았다.또는 공기압축기의 압력을 최고압까지 채우고 나서야 푸르는것을 종종 본다.이유는 F.R.L의 R(압력조절기)가 고장나서 죽이고 쓰는경우와 아예 없이 쓰는 경우이다.이런경우 필터링,압력조절 오일주입등이 전혀 않되어 수명은 1/5로 단축되고,이때는 수리해도 성능(토르크: Torque)이 80%도 안나온다. 본인은 카센터를 가면 정비하는 동안 콤프레샤 및 공기압 공구류,배관,특히 이 F.R.L을 유심히 본다. 관리되는곳이 거이없다..씁쓸하다..다음페이지에 나오는 공기압 공구에는 전단에 필히 설치해야 한다.(내용상세설명은 필터란 참고)

    기종마다 사용하는 밸브도 천차만별이라서 많이 쓰는 것만 알려드릴께요.솔레노이드 벨브 : 전자석이라는 것을 배우셨을겁니다. 코일에 전기를 흘려주면 자석이 되는 원리를 이용해서 평상시에는 스프링으로 밀어서 구멍이 막혀있다가 전기가 흐르면 구멍을 막고있던 철재질의 밸브유닛이위로 올라가면서 열리게 되는 구조입니다. 따라서 출구쪽의 재질은 자석에 붙지 않는 구리나 알루미늄으로 제작되어 있답니다.

    셔틀밸브 : 흡착식 드라이어에서 많이 사용합니다. 이 벨브는 절구처럼 생겼구요, 양쪽면이 벨브의 역할을 하도록 되어 있습니다. 중앙부분에 압축에어를 공급하면 한쪽으로 이동하면서 두개의 출구중 하나를 막게됩니다. 이 원리를 이용해서 흡착제의 재생과 흡착을 제어하는거죠.

    체크벨브 : 보통 오일회수라인과 인렛벨브 컨트롤 라인에 사용됩니다. 한쪽으로만 에어가 지나갈 수 있구요반대방향으로 에어가 흐를경우 중간에 있는 쇠구슬이나 원통형 부품이 구멍을 막아 에어가 역류하지 못하도록 합니다.

    MPV : 최소압력밸브인데요, 이것도 역시 체크벨브와 기능이 비슷합니다. 체크벨브와 다른점은 누르고 있는 스프링의 강도보다 압축에어의 힘이 강한 경우 밸브가 들려지면서 에어가 지나갈 수 있다는 점입니다. 만약 , 에어의 압력이 스프링의 힘보다 약한 경우 밸브는 열리지 않고, 역류하는 에어의 압력이 큰 경우에도 토출구가 자동으로 막혀 장비를 보호하는 역할을 한답니다.

    IGV : 터보기종에서 공기 흡입구 부분에 사용하는 벨브입니다. 삼각형 모양의 판들이 동시에 회전하면서 에어 흡입량을 조절합니다. 회전하는 속도는 상당히 느린편에 속합니다. 그 이유는 급작스럽게 열고 닫게 되면 서지가 발생하거나 충격이 발생해서 장비가 손상될 수 있기 때문입니다.

    플롯밸브 : 응축수나 필터링된 오일의 배출시에 사용됩니다. 실린터 안에 플롯이라는 공기주머니가 있구요여기에 밸브가 연결되어 있습니다. 응축수나 오일이 어느정도 용량이 되면 플롯이 떠오르면서 밸브를 잡아당겨 배출이 이루어집니다. 배출동작이 끝나면 스프링에 의해서 밸브는 다시 닫히는 구조로 되어 있습니다.
