Effect of Name Change on MCE Customers Customers will conduct business with one of the eight (8) divisions (non-legal entities) of Motion & Control Enterprises LLC hereinafter MCE.

The divisions shown above each have different primary shipping warehouses and may have different invoice payment remittance addresses. The warehouse address (shipping address) and the payment remittance address (where checks are mailed) for each division is as follows:

Because the accounting records of Primet, Tri-State Hose & Fitting and Fluid Systems Engineering are decentralized at their locations, payments on these 3 division’s invoices from customers will need to be sent to the local payment remittance addresses noted above. All payments to other divisions of MCE, primarily RitterTech, are processed at our Philadelphia lockbox address. Customers will be notified if, and when, any changes are made to any payment addresses. Regardless of division, customers are required to issue MCE a Form 1099 at each calendar year end since MCE is a “disregarded entity”. A disregarded entity reports its income and expenses for federal tax purposes under MCE’s parent company name: FPR Investments, LLC and FPR’s FEIN number (51-0401340) in accordance with IRS rules.
