Nuclear power points and reprocessing points are not the only things which reject radioactive wastes ; Hopitals, militar camps do but simple and cheap issues

could stop this.These don't pay the tax too !!

it takes all wastes it finds, incliding radioactive wastes,

and bring them back in the oceans.
