2/26/98 Sexual Abuse Intake Report documenting report of 13 year
old male abused byEffinger at Holy Name Parish in approximately
1988. The abuse occurred in thecontext of an overnight party in the
school hall. Effinger reportedly gave theindividual alcohol prior
to the incident.
1/15/04 Sexual Abuse Intake Report documenting report of abuse
by Effinger when malewas around 12 years old in the late 1960s at
St. Mary’s in Kenosha. Theindividual reported sleeping overnight in
the gym and Effinger providing beer forhim and other boys. The
individual woke up and was tied up and does not knowwhat may have
happened.
