The global goal for 2014+: Fully electronic applications for PA services
Allow self service for customers to apply for public administration services on-line without the need to provide data that can be retrieved from interconnected public administration systems
- 85% of applications can be submitted fully electronically by 2020
• Processes suitable for full automatisation: Can be used only for services for which all citizens are eligible. Ideally, these processes are fully automated without the clerk' s interference, from a submitted application to rendered decision
•
• Semi automated, with oficial' s input / decision-making: Can be used for obligatory services where is a need to add information not available in the information system. The official will decide based on rules and submitted documents.
• Processes not suitable for automatisation: Can be used for services provided on basis of discretion, when a clear and stable process is not in place. The oficial always decides based on available information and with support of data in the information system.
