These learning outcomes are given in the text book. According to instructions of National Education Research and Training Council, New Delhi, educational achievement of student will be checked on the basis of learning outcomes. Next coming all national achievement surveys will be done on the basis of learning outcomes. So while developing Baseline Test, last year standard subjectwise learning outcomes are taken into consideration. Summative Evaluation Tests will be based on current year standardwise and subjectwise learning outcomes. Instructions to Teachers for Written Test 1) Give full marks to correct answers of students according to answerkey. 2) For standard Sixth, in sub-questions 'E' to 'G' of question numbers 1 to 4. 1 mark should be given if one point is written. 2 marks should be given if two points are written. 3) For standard Seventh and Eighth in sub-questions 'G' to 'H' of question numbers 1 to 5, 1 mark should be given if one point is written. 2 marks should be given if two points are written. Standard - Six : 1) In question number 1 to 4, there are seven sub-questions 'A' to ' G'. 2) In question number 1 to 4, there are four sub-questions 'A' to ' D' of 1 mark. 3) In question number 1 to 4, there are three sub-questions 'E' to ' G' of 2 marks. g§M AMarking System for Practicals

General Instructions : Six to Eight 5 Marks

Read the experiment list for practical exam. and make apparatus available before practical exam. It is compulsory to use apparatus while taking practical exam.

Following is given the list of experiments. Each student has to choose only one experiment. Ask the student to do practical.

Marks should be given according to criteria. This marking can be changed according to need.

1) Recognition of apparatus. 1 Mark

2) Construct the apparatus. 1 Mark

3) Correct methodology. 1 Mark

4) To write observation. 1 Mark

5) To find conclusion. 1 Mark

Standard - Six : List for Experiment

P 1) To classify the given grains in cereals and pulses. (Apparatus - wheat, chana, matki, bajra, rice, tur, chawali, jowar, etc.)

P 2) To study a micro-organism fungus.(Apparatus - bread / chapati / roti having fungus on it, forceps, slide, microscope etc.)

P 3) To study purification of water.(Apparatus - beaker, plastic bottle (cut it half) rock, sand, fine sand, cloth, coal powder, etc)

P 4) To study / recognize presence of carbohydrates in a given food constituents.(Apparatus - Tincture iodine, dropper, potato pieces, forceps etc.)

P 5) To study classification of states of matter.Classification constituents - (Kerosene, Aluminium, Coal, Milk, Petrol, Iron, Stone, Water, etc. (To prepare chart of classification.)
