The Rota Cat system is a high-capacity plate-out unit for the recovery of metals from concentrated or diluted process streams. A rotating cathode cell provides a readily recoverable media, in nugget form, for reclama- tion or reuse. It provides a high surface area, rotating cathode with turbulent flow through a pure metal media. This PLC-controlled unit includes an integral exhaust manifold, a load-unload hoist, a media rinse station, an interlocking level and temperature control, a process solution filter, and a high-volume sump with a sloped bottom for cleaning ease.

The Met-Tronic 6200 Series electrolytic recovery system utilizes the concept of “point source recovery” of metals, thus reducing the need for elaborate and expensive post-treatment systems. The system removes brass, bronze, cadmium, copper, lead, nickel, tin, zinc, and precious metals from still rinse tanks following electrolytic and electroless plating lines, or from ion exchange regenerant solutions to maximize metal recov- ery from the plating process. The equipment package includes an anode/cathode cell, recirculating pump, electronic controls, and a rectifier, all protected in a corrosion-resistant enclosure.

The Goldminer electrolytic precious metal recovery unit is designed to remove gold and other precious metals from mild acid- or cyanide-based solutions. Its uniquely designed flow-through cathode allows for more “effec- tive” plating area. The cathode is protected by a plastic shroud, which prevents anode/cathode contact thus eliminating short circuits. A prefilter keeps rinsewaters clean and free from bacteria.
