fully investigating into this I-feeling,

this I-sense. Require it to reveal its

out of which the I arises.

This naturally occurs as we just feel I.No efforting, no doing is required.

Feeling the sense of I.

I exist and I am conscious of my existence

here and now, as I.

Now just by feeling this I,

we are drawn naturally into the Source,

into the Self, into the Heart

Deep stillness, deep silenceis present here and now.

This is our natural state.

It is always present.

The only thing that prevents us frombeing in this state constantly

is the thought that were not that.

And if we inquire into this thought,

and into the thinkerthat is thinking this thought,

there is only the Heart, the Stillness,

Elizabeth MacDonald

Today, Elizabeth lives from the Awakened Heart and shares thisexperientially. She says, once the Heart is awakened, it is

simply living from this perspective and then,its all about love.

Elizabeth met A. Ramana, her spiritualteacher in 1978. During her first

meeting with Ramana, Elizabeth hadan initial quickening of the spiritual

Heart which she eventuallyrecognized to be the true Self. He

introduced her to the teaching of his

guru, Bhagavan Sri RamanaMaharshi, and taught her Self-Inquiry,the process for reestablishing the

mind back into its direct connectionwith the Heart on her own. She

learned to effectively practice Self-Inquirywhile living and working an

active lifestyle.

With her teacher, A. Ramana, Elizabeth became co-founder

of AHAMthe Association of Happiness for All Mankind.

After years of serving AHAM as Executive Director

and co-creator of its many programs, Elizabeth became theSpiritual Director upon Ramanas passing. She is now retired

and traveling, making herself available for gatherings with the

global AHAM community. Elizabeth may be contacted through
