With immense pleasure, I welcome you all to the AIRSC ACADEMY OF SAFETY AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT. As we all are aware that the education system in the country is changing rapidly and hence the need of era is to provide skilled professionals and engineers to the country who will contribute in building modern India. We are totally committed to provide excellent training for Safety Engineers and they will be trained in a wide range of skills related to firefighting, safety measures and other key areas for the Railways, Metro Rail Projects, High Speed Rail Projects, and oil & gas industries and for various govt sectors etc. It is being continuously noticed that engineers of the above courses are very much in demand for employment in the supply of service industries, and we are associate with reputed organizations so that they may come to our campus to recruit their staff directly amongst our students. We would like to ensure all our student and aspirants that the entire learning at our college would be centric, result oriented and best among the similar like-minded institutions. WHAT IS SAFETY COURSE?
Safety is a general subject .It is linked with all fields of the world, be it Railways,
Industrial, Marine, Aeronautical, Petrochemical or any other field. Safety is
connected to the word “Prevention”. Safety officer’s job is to prevent accidents.
Difference between the safety officer and the fire officer is that, “The safety
officer has to act before the accident”, inside the company and with employees to
safe guard or prevent accidents. But “The fire officer acts only after accidents or
rescue operations are only after the accident”. Which is important? Of course,
“Prevention is better than cure”. ATRI offers MBA Safety management, MBA
Disaster Management, B.Tech Safety Engineering, Diploma and PG Diploma
courses in Safety to make them prepare for safety field and to become safety
professionals but not to become fire officers. Without knowing the safety concept,
many institutions blindly offer fire and safety courses in India and provide fire
related practical and drill training. But the real fact is, no student gets job in safety
field or safety brigade.
AIRSC ACADEMY OF SAFETY AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT mainly focuses on
theoretical Knowledge about safety. It includes all type of accidents. Each safety
personnel should know how to act before accidents, preventive methods for which
theoretical knowledge about all subjects, PPT presentation, First Aid Training,
Industrial visits, practicals, seminars, Language skills, etc., are very important.
He/she should be a very good observer, have good communication skills, safety
related general knowledge, management, operation and designing skills are very
important. Experience in Safety field should be his “first job”. He has to study the
site or Departments’s nature of job to prevent accidents and to study this, he has
to get into the practical job environment.

All India Rail Safety Council will be the exclusive Industry & Education Resource Provider (IERP) in India for running J S University’s Collaborative Industry Based (CIB) Regular Education Programs.

MBA (SAFETY MANAGEMENT) Duration: Two years Mode: Regular Admission Qualification: A candidate who has passed a three year Bachelor Degree from a recognized University or equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or who has passed Bachelor Degree with less than 50%, but has three years of working experience as management/supervisor or as a professional. Programme Duration: The Programme Duration for MBA will be two years comprising of four semesters, but the candidate will have to complete the programme within four years from the session of enrollment.
MBA (DISASTER MANAGEMENT) Duration: Two years Mode: Regular Admission Qualification: A candidate who has passed a three year Bachelor Degree from a recognized University or equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or who has passed Bachelor Degree with less than 50%, but has three years of working experience as management/supervisor or as a professional. B. TECH (SAFETY ENGINEERING) Duration: Four years Mode: Regular Admission Qualification: +2 (Science) The candidate who has a B, Tech Degree In Safety Engineering will get abundant job opportunities in Indian Government Departments. All leading PSUs are looking for such Technical and Safety Engineering Degree holders for immediate appointments. Multiple job opportunities are available in Safety Engineering compared to other Engineering branches
DIPLOMA IN SAFETY MANAGEMENT Duration: One years Mode: Regular Admission Qualification: +2, ITI (NCVT) The candidate who has passed Diploma in Safety Management will get abundant job opportunities in Indian Government Departments. All leading PSU’s are looking for such technical and Safety Management Diploma holders for immediate appointments. Multiple job opportunities are available for Diploma holders in Safety Management compared to other Polytechnic diploma holders.
PG DIPLOMA IN SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Duration: One year Mode: Regular Admission Qualification A candidate who has passed a three year Bachelor Degree from a recognized University or equivalent degree. It is a job oriented course, therefore, hands on experience will be provided and abundant job opportunities in Government Sectors and PSU’s in India and in Industries abroad will be made available
