    1. IntroductionIt is shorted as E-mail and is one of the functions of message services provided in a

    network system. Electronic mail usually uses to exchange messages and date files. Each

    user is assigned an electronic mail box. Using the appropriate command, the user can scan

    a list of messages in the mail box, display the contents of a particular message, send a

    message to another user, and so forth. To send a message, it is not necessary for the

    recipient to be present at the computer. The message resides in the mailbox until it is read.

    The sender may restrict delivery of the message to authorized readers by using password.

    That is the recipient must sign for the message by typing is or her identifying password.

    communication way E-mail has become so convenient and popular that it is preferred to

    letters or for matter even the telephone.
