I was responsible for opening this Deluxe boutique hotel . Supervised building construction and equipment installation. Recruited international Executive committee members. Training the entire staff. Developed Marketing Plan, Sales and Public Relations. Operations annual budget.

Worldwide deluxe diver’s destination, annual fishing tournament. Developed staff training modules and retraining program. Implemented annual budget, reports recipes and food controls. Set-up new accounting standards and Improved P&L monthly reports. Started new restaurant, food festivals and full Prep area for all kitchens. Developed market segments and new feeders in South America & Europe.
