This is the motto of the market platform eMove360° – International Trade Fair, News Magazine and Digital Hub for Mobility 4.0 – electric – connected – autonomous. The most important prize on this topic, the eMove360° Award, is also completely dedicated to the topics of electric mobility and connected & autonomous driving.
As organisers and publishers of the eMove360°, we have made it our task to award prizes to the best products and most interesting projects in this field in an international competition. The eMove360° Award for Electromobility & Autonomous Driving is now in its fifth edition and has become the leading prize for electromobility and autonomous driving in recent years.
You too can take your chance to win! Take part in the eMove360° Award and gain great exposure in the press and the public. The award ceremony will take place in a unique ambience on the evening of 16 November 2021.

Categories
Please choose only one category. The expert jury may re-assign applications to another category if it appears more appli-cable. The jury may even re-group and re-name categories. In each category the best applications will be nominated as fi-nalists. Among these contributions one applications per category will be awarded as the category winner of the eMove360° Award or Connected & Autonomous Driving 2021. The winner of the category "Student" will recieve a price money of 1,000 Euro.
All applications that have been put on the short list of potential category winners ("Nominees" / "Finalists") by the expert jury will be displayed in a dedicated exhibition at the trade fair as finalists of the eMove360° Award for Electric Mobility & Autonomous Driving 2021 (Award Show).

Product | Sample, Text and PicturesThe participant bears all costs for a due submission of the product. Deadline for all award submissions is August 31, 2021. Submissions that are not received on time cannot be taken into consideration by the jury.

1. PowerPoint presentationShort presentation to introduce the benefits (USP) of the product (5 slides max. – ppt-file)This text is required for the jury session.
2. Text about the product entryWord document including product name, product reference and product description in German (or English), 2 pages max.Please use this to emphasize specifically the USPs, the underlying R&D achievements and the ecomonic expectations for thefuture of your product.This text is required for the jury session. The award organizer may edit and shorten the text if necessary.
3. Short text on the product entryShort product description in English and German (max. 750 characters each version, incl. space characters) In case of thenomination of the product this text will be published in the bilingual award yearbook and will be used for communicationpurposes (e.g. PR, Marketing, Social Media). You have the opportunity to send your original products, samples or prototypes along with a printed product descrip-tion for the jury meeting (and the eMove360° Award Show, if nominated) or to present this at the jury meeting. In thatcase, please let us know up front so we can schedule this. Please submit your product samples no later than September 30, 2021 to the following postal address:

Applications that have not been nominated can be picked up after the jury meeting at MunichExpo, or they will be shipped back at the applicant’s expense. Applicant organizations must remove their exhibits from the award exhibition area them-selves. If this does not happen, MunichExpo will remove these items from the trade fair area to have them shipped back to the applicant, but cannot be held liable for damages that might occur.

Please note: Product samples can only be accepted with a maximum weight of 30 kg max. and a size of 100 x 100 cm. Vehicles can be provided for the jury meeting at prior consultation with the organizer. The shipping to and from the jury meeting and, if needed, assistance on location is provided by the applicant company.

» Award ShowALL nominees of the eMove360° Award for Electric Mobility & Autonomous Driving 2021 will be presented withthe winning product during eMove360° 2021 (16 – 18 November 2021) on a special exhibition area (Award Show). Thepresentation of the respective nominated entries consists of the following basic modules:» Graphic banner / stand-up with description of the submission (text and image).» Roll-up» Standing table with two stools
Participation in the award show is obligatory for all winning entries. In addition to the product, expert staff must be pro-vided to inform trade fair visitors about the nominated product. Special requests regarding equipment (furniture, monitors, brochure displays, etc.) can be ordered separately. For this purpose, please contact

D | Terms and conditions – legal basis
Transport, liability, insuranceThe participant bears all costs for shipping to the jury and exhibition. If you wish to have your consignment returned to you, please use a transport package suitable for re-use. All submissions that have not been selected by the jury have to be picked up no later than two weeks after the jury meeting by the applicant or they will be shipped back by MunichExpo at the applicant’s expense. Nominated submissions remain with MunichExpo until the award show.
At the end of the eMove360° Award Show all applications must be removed from the exhibition area by the applicant company. After the event, MunichExpo will ship back all contributions to the applicant companies at their expense by using a courier service or via "not prepaid" mail.
In case of large, heavy or bulky products / samples, please contact MunichExpo before sending the product in. In case of large and bulky submissions, the participant himself is responsible for packing and returning the goods after the jury session. The participant is liable for any damages or additional costs that may occur.
To avoid customs problems, please enter a product value "below 50 Euro" and state "sample for eMove360° Award – not for sale" on your delivery note.
We arrange the return transport of our submission.

We do not need the submitted sample or document back.
Upon receipt of your nomination as a finalist, you will receive an invoice from MunichExpo for the communication package.

CancellationWith this application form the participant applies legally binding for the eMove360° Award for Electric Mobility & Auto-nomous Driving 2021 an. A cancellation of this contract is not possible.
JuryThe winners of the eMove360° Award for Electric Mobility & Autonomous Driving 2021 will be selected by an independent specialist jury in a non-public session. The jury’s decision is based on simple majority. An individual explanation of the jury evaluation cannot be provided. Legal recourse is excluded.
Legal basisBy participating in the award, the participants acknowledge the terms and conditions and data privacy regulations of the eMove360° Award for Electric Mobility & Autonomous Driving 2021 and MunichExpo. By signing the application form, the applicant signs a legally binding document in which he confirms and accepts all terms and conditions of the award. The contributions handed in (samples, models, descriptions) will be submitted for evaluation by the award jury.
MunichExpo Veranstaltungs GmbH cannot be held liable for any loss or damage unless it can be proven that it was caused deliberately or by gross negligence by MunichExpo Veranstaltungs GmbH or their employees. All claims against MunichExpo Veranstaltungs GmbH must be stated in writing. All claims are time-barred within a period of six months after the announcement of award results.
The award submissions must not infringe third party rights. The participants are responsible for the application of industrial property rights. Industrial property rights depend on legal regulations. MunichExpo Veranstaltungs GmbH cannot be held liable for any infringement.
The participants give their consent to the publishing by MunichExpo group. The jury's decision is final. Legal recourse is excluded. The information is subject to changes. Jurisdiction and place of fulfillment is Munich. Only German right and German text is decisive.
