Appearance Standards• Gold - always wears full uniform to the

highest standard, according to school expectations

• Silver - generally wears full uniform to a good standard

• Bronze - generally good but sometimes needs to be reminded of the expectation about school uniform

Motivation Standards• Gold Persistence and demonstrated high levels of self-motivation

Motivation, Commitment and Achievement

Silver has shown consistency and demonstrated high levels of self-motivation. Works reasonably well under pressure. Follows instructions and does not give up readily. Has shown a high level of achievement.

Bronze has shown a degree of self motivation and a sound level of commitment. Has demonstrated the ability to work under pressure in the short term. Tries to complete tasks when the answers or solutions are not readily available. Has shown a satisfactory level of achievement.

Communication

Gold demonstrates excellent communication skills. Shows respect and empathy towards people. Can clarify own ideas, concepts or

terminology. Always polite to everyone they interact with and can adapt the method of communication to suit the situation and the audience.
