HR Online: When you access the web on a WellSpan PC, the WellSpan INET page is displayed. From there you can
click on HR Online. At that point you can access numerous tools and documents including HR Policies, Benefit
Summary Plan Descriptions and HR forms. Please visit this site often as it is frequently updated.
My WellSpan Benefits: This website can be accessed from the home page of the INET or from any computer with
internet access by going to https://hr.wellspan.org. This site provides access to your personal benefit information
including current benefit elections and life insurance coverage. This site also contains benefit and cost information, forms
for benefit enrollment/changes and address changes, provider directories, a provider search tool, links to the WellSpan
Wellness program, Retirement Savings Plan, ERA Benefits and much more. Summary Plan Descriptions, as well as any
legal notices regarding the benefits plans are available on this site; if you do not have access to a computer, please contact
the Benefits Service Center at 717-851-3332 for a printed copy or if you have any questions. The fax # is 717-812-2066.
