Gina Stanley, Chiricahua

Server, has taken an unusual path home. Gina first became associated with Desert Mountain during the Schwab Cup. She worked four days through a temp agency and assisted

Constanno’s during the very busy week. At the conclusion of her brief me, I saw some-thing special in her and wanted her to be part of our team. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a spot at the me. However, a month or so later, a posion opened at Apache, I made a recommendaon, and she was brought on board. She worked hard for several months with Josh [Gilchrist] and the Apache Team.

Within the last month, Gina made a transion to the Chiricahua Clubhouse, where she works as both a Chiricahua Grill Server and Constan-no’s Server. She has received dozens of posive comment cards in a short period of me. In addion, without exaggeraon, every night I have a member pull me aside and tell me how wonderful she is. Lastly, just a few days ago, I received an e-mail from a member stang “I want to parcularly menon the great a1tude and professionalism of Gina Stanley. She is a wonderful addion to your staff.” Gina, thank you for joining our team and “WELCOME HOME!!!”.

Chase Raines, REN Outside Services Super, and the

entire Renegade Out-side Services staff have been extremely busy as the traffic has picked up at Renegade, the Performance Center, and the Hideout. With several seasonal

employees leaving for the year, Chase and his team have stepped up and continued to run a smooth outside operation with a much smaller staff. Thanks, Chase and the rest of the Renegade Outside Services staff, for all your help!
