Monday, April 13, 2015 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Hon. Ronald Lawrence Bauer Orange County Superior Court
William L. Buus, Esq. Principal Attorney
Schiffer & Buus Apc
Carol A. Gefis, Esq. Senior Partner
Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo
Employment Law Trial Practice Tips Employment litigation continues to increase. A number of new labor and employment laws effective in 2015 in
California should move current numbers even higher. Our speakers have extensive practice in employment law
litigation, especially in those types of cases whose numbers are expected to continue to rise: discrimination, sexual
harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour including misclassified worker cases and others. They will
share their practice tips and techniques required to litigate and try a case in this expanding and changing area of the
law from all of the following perspectives: judge, jury (consultant), defense and plaintiff counsel.
